Effects
| Effect | Reduction | Duration | Chance after a successful hit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chilled | 8 Attack | 20 s | 75% |
Debuffs are applied after a successful hit or utility cast. Effects with the same identifier keep the greater reduction and refresh their duration instead of adding another stack. Status resistance or encounter immunity can prevent an application.
