Innate effect
Successfully applying a paid spell debuff grants a ward equal to 5% of base HP. The ward lasts 5 seconds and has a 10-second cooldown.
The ward shares the 5% base HP barrier cap with other wards. Changing equipment does not reset the cooldown.
