Layered is a body enchantment path selected at +16. It is one of three choices for that slot and checkpoint.

reduce the portion of a primary hit above 20% of reference HP by 10%
This is the full-strength effect at +20 or higher. The path is available in ordinary combat and dungeons, Arena, staking.

Earlier earned paths keep their full strength when a piece moves into a later tier.

These materials are consumed only on the first successful crossing of +16 with this path. A failed attempt consumes its gold and scroll, but leaves these materials intact.
